She should be able to do it without over charging people regardless of whether or not she's having a good day. And what is the big deal? Money, that is the big deal. $5 is a lot of money to some people, why wouldn't OP want to get her money back. Why shouldn't she go get it back from Giant and why should Giant get to keep it because the cashier was having a bad day, please explain?[/quote]
