And to the poster who talked about the difference between food stamps and WIC, it was actually WIC. I will say though that the lady knew EXACTLY what she could use and how to use it, and was actually giving the clerk instructions the whole time about how to ring it up before the manager had to get involved. This was definitely not a situation where the customer was at fault in any way. Although I don't think most of the people in the line realized that.. when you see the vouchers, you automatically think "ugh.. this is going to take forever!"

Cashiers are typically union. They don't just get fired for not being properly trained.
