There's also a huge value in having a car that is safe. Technology has moved by leaps and bounds in the last couple yeasrs. Buy this year's model of teh same Subaru and you get blind spot monitoring, front collisison avoidance, rear collission warning, rear backup camera, and more.[/quote]

After driving beat up old base models for years, we got a brand new Subaru in 2018. It's so safe and so comfortable. It has the best adaptive cruise system I've ever used.

If it falls apart in 5-7 years so be it. It's really nice now. [/quote]
