Sixteen lets you stay in the US and gives you access to school and all of its support services. I am very pre-immigration but not in a whoever can get over the border first way.[/quote] You might be surprised to hear that doctors are employed to determine age if it can’t be confirmed with legit documentation. 18 year olds are housed in jail like settings. A 17 year old who has spent weeks in the youth shelter is quickly transferred to the adult setting when he turns 18. You’re just making assumptions that aren’t true. [/quote]
