giving free shit away without the the parent's paying into the system is NOT logical. You can't bleed out more than you take in especially with poverity income and benifit disbursements. The parent's have no intention of getting out of poverty nor can they because they are illegal so everyone else is paying to raise them. Our welfare and low income system wasn't designed to take this type of load, it will need to be redesigned if illegals continue to be supported in this manor.[/quote]

It's apparent from your post that if nothing else, our educational system needs to be redesigned.  For starters, the proper use of apostrophes and the difference between manor and manner.
