You're not priced out of Rockville (as others have said).  700k is plenty.  There just aren't a ton of houses on the market right now.  The whole nation is at an all time low inventory.

There's also townhouses which you could easily afford.  Why won't you consider them?  Here's a townhouse that would meet your needs.  There's plenty of lower priced ones as well.
