There are no direct flights from DC but you can connect through Chicago, Minneapolis, Denver, Salt Lake, Houston, Dallas, Atlanta as well as Newark or Boston.  United, Delta and American among others all fly there.  Bozeman is so much easier to fly into than small mountain airports in Colorado - huge runway, little turbulance.  Also lovely airport - fireplaces in waiting areas and a restaurant so nice my family asks to get to the airport early so they can eat there.

As others have said, look at houses in Moonlight if you want ski on ski off.  If this is for 2022, there is a Montage hotel opening as well that should be fabulous.  The main village/town area is actually separate from the ski resort (about three miles down the hill).  Great for restaurants and shopping but not if you want ski on ski off, you will need to grab a shuttle to ski.[/quote]
