Well, there was the black face thing. He's pretty ineffective in general and not charistmatic at all. And he has totally botched Covid IMO. He should have been more restrictive on people's activities and prioritized getting kids back in school. He's also totally botched the vaccine rollout. [/quote]

Most of what you posted is personal to Northam and isn’t about politics.  As for the COVID response, his plan was more in line with what the Republicans wanted, not the Democrats.  If you want a stronger response to close down businesses and reopen schools, you need someone further left, not right.[/quote]

No. Leftists are not in favor of opening schools. They just do what the teachers unions/associations want. I think schools should have been prioritized from the beginning and we should have closed whatever else was neccessary to accomplish that. Instead Northam thinks its fine for people to eat and drink indoors until midnight, but not after midnight. [/quote]
