Andy’s classes move more slowly but he focuses on heavier weights and form. Adrian is more Andy like. You probably just need to try different instructors and figure out who you like. There is a facebook group, HardCORE on the floor that puts together a monthly calendar of classes that uses pretty much all of the instructors.[/quote]
