In the middle of divorcing a cheater right now and this is sound advice. We have done in-house separation (which has sucked for me, but has been good for the kids) and agreed to split everything 50/50. In most states, divorce is simply a mathematical equation despite crappy behavior on behalf of one or both spouses. Good luck.[/quote]
