2. Obtain a small voice recorder and keep it running and on your person 24/7. Do not use your phone. This is for when she inevitably reports you for DV.
3. Stay in the home no matter what. If you leave the house you will lose the house and probably lose your kids.
4. If it were me, I'd tell the kids mommy was a whore who broke up the marriage. I didn't do that and the kids still blame me.
Conclusion: your life will be so much better 5 years from now. Just get a vasectomy and never, ever cohabitate with a woman again.

this. Your wife clearly wants the house and is going to try to get you out.
NP — OMG this. Be prepared. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst. A colleague had this happen to him. Another however was able to have the cheating wife thrown out. I guess the deal was that he had to demonstrate he did not condone her behavior by not letting her in the house after he learned of the infidelity. You need a lawyer stat.
No, you can't kick the cheating, lying whore out of the house, but you must never share the same bed with her again. I'd put a deadbolt on the master bedroom, and she can sleep in the guest room.

Do not move out. Record her when necessary so she can't claim a made-up abuse thing against you.
She cannot kick you out of the house. Unless it's agreed upon and she buys you out of the house, she's not getting the house.
Do not record without consent in Maryland. It is against the law.

It seems that you need a divorce though. I would get started on that ASAP. Start a separation. In most cases, you can do this in the home and no one has to move yet. I would agree to 50/50 of everything and be done with it. If she wants to keep the house, she will have to find a way to buy you out unless you agree otherwise. This can be done with mediation or with attorneys to come to an agreement. I would not litiigate. It wastes money and makes it all so much worse. Just do it simply, fairly. Get it done and move on with your life.
