It's how I got my start while I was finishing up my grad school. Get on the sub line and you will become known at some schools, you'll build relationships and those teachers might request you as a sub, then someone gets pregnant and you land a long-term position for her maternity leave. If you have a grad degree actually in ESOL, you will be a more preferred candidate than someone who just took the Praxis.[/quote]
