Have you had an HSG that checked that your tubes are clear? For some, just having the procedure “removes cobwebs” and permits people to conceive afterwards. If you’re not ready for IVF but want to try something that could help (and would be a diagnostic requirement before IVF anyway) schedule that. That said, we were exactly same as you: Healthy weights, in good shape, non-smokers, minimal drinking, perfect semen analysis and ovarian reserve. Still took multiple IUIs and multiple IVF egg retrieval’s and transfers before getting pregnant. Sadly, for some it’s just a mystery why it won’t work without (serious) medical assistance. Good luck!
Im one of these success stories! Tried for over a year (during that year found out about MF - low count and 0% morphology) so we started preparing for IUIs. I had the HSG as required before the procedure ... and fell pregnant the next cycle. There are studies that show an increased fertility for several months after an HSG, i like to think it "removed the cobwebs" and made it easier for my husbands funky little shaped men to get where they needed. best of luck!
