I lived in this area for awhile. It's a nice area and worth looking. There are a lot of townhomes on both sides of Gallows right around there. Agree with the PP that Merry Oaks might be a good fit. There are lots of families and on that side of Gallows you are within walking distance of Freedom Hill for elementary and Kilmer MS. Drawback would be that there's not much walkable in terms of commercial/restaurants except along busy roads. But even Tyson's Corner and the Metro can be walked to from there easily. We were living there right as the pandemic started and have walked to everything over there. There are also Madrillon Court townhomes right near Freedom Hill.
