[/quote] I've asked about this and the advice I have heard is basically that the level of stress you would need to cause any of these outcomes (and even then, only potentially) is EXTREMELY high. Like you'd have to be a sex-trafficking victim being beaten and starved in war-torn Syria to be really concerned about impacts from stress. My OB has said she has never seen any of these effects in middle class women with access to decent healthcare despite things like spousal or parental death, 90 hr work-weeks, cancer diagnosis, etc. I agree with the rest of your point, but I don't think there is any reason to worry OP.
