[/quote] It’s not just lumber — we had a terrible time getting any kind of mill work this summer. Hardware is in short supply, even things like doorknobs. In any case, supply and demand works for contractors, too. They’re all super busy and can name their price. Not to mention that Covid social distancing precautions make things more difficult and time consuming. [/quote]
