I'm not too worried about what they eat once a week when we go out.[/quote] This is the way I think for not only my kids, but for me. Most of our meals are healthy. Once a week or so, my kids and I should be able to "splurge" and eat what we want. That being said, I try to make the kids meals a little healthier if I can by subbing fruit for fries or something similar, but if they really want fries, I don't sweat it since it's not what they're eating every day.[/quote]
