You're lucky.  I think the science largely supports keeping schools and childcare centers open.  Unfortunately in our area politics and the teachers unions are driving the decisions.[/quote]

Agree with this. My kids have been in day care this whole time. No cases. Small home day care. I only know two people who had to take off work to quarantine. [/quote]

+1 we had 3 kids at home from March until July. It was horrible and I was a horrible mom and horrible employee. The minute daycare opened my kids were back and soooo much happier. If it closes again I will cry. This is a horrible situation that parents are being put in. We are bad parents, bad employees and extremely exhausted and overwhelmed. I had a full mental health breakdown before my kids went back to daycare. Went to therapy, on meds, etc. didn’t help that I was postpartum as well. [/quote]
