[/quote] From personal experience I can tell you it has taken me losing ALL my fat in order to finally lose the belly fat. I am religious, like you. Running 25mi a week outside and weight training 3xs a week, PLUS Bikram Yoga once a week. The problem now? I'm too skinny. I'm going to have to have a belly because I don't like not having hips and a butt. I'm not into the skeletor look. Working on putting back on healthy weight.[/quote]
