Well, I am nine months PP with #2. I look 5 months pregnant. Plastic surgeon said: "Do all the situps and crunches and planks you want; they're good for you. But they'll never flatten your stomach. You have diastasis recti, and it's pretty severe. Your stomach muscles will never pull in, and your intestings are just taking up the space now allotted to them. Surgery is the way to address this, if you want that. $10,000. Whatever you decide!"

So I'm still deciding.
I'm leaning towards the surgery sometime after I finish BFing. Meanwhile, I'm exercising and eating as well as I can, nevermind my love for pies!
