OP has already stated that she does not like twice daily 20 minute long PIV intercourse. She shouldn’t be taking painkillers because of sex. The issue here is that her boyfriend needs to listen to her needs rather than Leading his demands Trump her comfort with twice daily 20 minute long intercourse  which is pretty unreasonable by most women’s standards. Many women cannot physically tolerate intercourse that lasts 20 minutes much less twice a day. OP deserves a sex life that is pleasurable, and doesn’t leave her in pain[/quote]
