Does this school require masks for all of the kids?  A negative PCR test after any airline travel is intense.  I'm wonder if the rules are so strict because there are no masks?  Or maybe it's the opposite and ALL the rules are very cautious (masks, hand washing, distancing, etc.)?  [/quote]

A negative PCR after airline travel doesn't seem unreasonable to me.  The airline travel is itself a risk and, if you are traveling by air, you will either be staying with family or staying in hotels and patronizing restaurants, etc.  That certainly adds a level of risk.[/quote]
