Meaning you can't gather with your extended family without wearing masks?
Do the State rules state that you have to wear a mask when in small gatherings?

We were hoping to go to Vermont to ski but will just drive to WV instead since it’s the plane ride, not travel, that triggers the test requirement. They also quarantine a class for a runny nose (no symptoms) and require a negative PCR test prior to returning. That’s all fine and we’ll until the cares act leave expires in December. Then what am I supposed to do in January-April every time Susie has the sniffles?!
Does this school require masks for all of the kids? A negative PCR test after any airline travel is intense. I'm wonder if the rules are so strict because there are no masks? Or maybe it's the opposite and ALL the rules are very cautious (masks, hand washing, distancing, etc.)?
