Did you read the beginning of this thread? Witnesses used to be required to vote by mail and aren't any longer. This is as a result of Virginia going blue.[/quote]

Exactly my point and fear. 
Virginia blew it with these mail in ballots. 4 pages of instructions, plus 4 envelopes, but check the updated website directions too or a WaPo article to inform you that you can ignore the WITNESS line right there next to your signature. [/quote]
