Leagues, I don't know and don't care, but do kids play basketball outside when they can in December and January - um, hell yes they do if they have nowhere else to play.  You either come from the northeast or you don't know much about basketball.

I have upper ES and MS boys. Almost every parent I know would sign their boys up for an outdoor winter basketball league. [/quote]
