There are plenty of parents of Dyslexic kids who post on here that don’t like OG either... It is a tough issue and many parents are super upset about the instruction their kid receives at school from any county. I would look into private tutoring/school.  I had a kid I taught who’s brother went to the Lab school For dyslexia and the parents were happy, but honestly Op from just what people post on here, no one is happy in MCPS, LCPS or FCPS with or without OG. I think it is more that the parents don’t’ like the kind/level of certification the school system has and therefore feel they need to get an OG tutor who is better trained in their mind.  There are different companies that offer different levels of training, so all OG isn’t the same from what I understand. [/quote]
