At a minimum trained teachers might not do harm to the work you accomplish with private tutoring. Real OG training/ certification takes a graduate level course and supervised practicum hours. It isn’t something that is accomplished in a 2-hour PD session. It should be accompanied by appropriate curriculum too, especially if the training is less than optimal. [/quote]
