The stuff takes forever to get to the states -- this is not Amazon prime -- but it's inexpensive and you will find allll the "cool" stuff. Again it depends what "cool" is to her -- how artsy, exactly? -- but my kid is very fashion forward, skews kind of edgy, and this is where she is shopping now.

Also romwe, shein.com - Chinese sites.  I haven't ordered her stuff from these but her friends buy stuff there.

Also the 90s are back so anywhere they sell Dickies or even JNCO. Ugh. I would not spend money on those for my teen but YMMV.

Most useful: She should find social media accoutns to follow with style she admires. Cool is such a moving target, now more than ever because of social media. Remember VSCO girls? Llike who even remembers that was ages ago lol[/quote]
