Which is not correct.  When they lowered soccer from high risk to medium risk, they mandated masks to be worn at ALL TIMES.  there are no exceptions to this rule.

They did not mandate them to be worn at all times, they just mandated that you follow the guidelines, which say during exercise when physical distancing cannot be maintained.  However some of the clubs are just having the players wear them all the time because it is too hard for coaches to ensure they are staying 6 feet apart during non contact drills. They do not want to get fines, so they are making it all the time. [/quote]

Link? I haven't seen them say a rule and not print it.  The ordinance above is from 8/24 and says face masks should be worn " outdoors and unable to consistently maintain at least six feet of distance from individuals who are not members of their household"
