I know Potomac says they are on their website, but that's all I know for sure.

Except In VA. What is the point of requiring masks on the bench, etc if they don’t need them in the game. They will all be exposed during play so what is the point of requiring them any other time? Just for looks?
This is how I feel about indoor dining. Is wearing my mask for 35 seconds before I sit down really going to make a difference?
Of course not. Wearing masks is just as likely to be counterproductive as productive - period.
It's a peculiar combination of virtue signaling and superstition like just about everything seems to be these days. There's no evidence that it slows the spread of covid - and worse, if it actually did slow the spread, that might actually result in more people dying.
Still we all go round wearing them just like people in previous centuries hung garlic on their doors to keep vampires away, or whistled for the wind, or danced for the rain. There's no hope for mankind.
gtfo. no evidence that is slows the spread? lol.
Yes, LOL is by far the most reputable reference for scientific information relating to the pandemic. Certainly the go-to site for the college educated who did not get past intro science and math courses in college.
Please take this crap somewhere else, and get back to the topic at hand...which clubs are requiring masks at all times?
There is a club nicknamed the Klan that requires masks at all times.

Yes. This is what our moco team does.
Which is not correct. When they lowered soccer from high risk to medium risk, they mandated masks to be worn at ALL TIMES. there are no exceptions to this rule.
Hopefully, now that MD has gone to phase 3, MOCO will follow in some aspect get rid of that mandate and allow spectators.
They did not mandate them to be worn at all times, they just mandated that you follow the guidelines, which say during exercise when physical distancing cannot be maintained. However some of the clubs are just having the players wear them all the time because it is too hard for coaches to ensure they are staying 6 feet apart during non contact drills. They do not want to get fines, so they are making it all the time.
you are wrong. it was clearly stated at the county council meeting.

Link? I haven't seen them say a rule and not print it. The ordinance above is from 8/24 and says face masks should be worn " outdoors and unable to consistently maintain at least six feet of distance from individuals who are not members of their household"
Possibly they said it at the meeting but altered it before it went to print?
I have followed this issue closely and corresponded with council members. Council voted that soccer was not a high risk sport. Then 2 days later during the public health hearing, Dr Stoddard added a “clarification” that masks were required. Soccerplex and clubs issued statements / rules masks had to be done. People have written council members that this is against CDC and state guidelines for playing soccer. (CDC and state has some exceptions to wearing masks). That’s why Moco is the only county doing this - most experts do not require a mask and may view it as unsafe while running for 80+ minute in high heat.
As I understand, the council in a weekly call on public health issues (Friday aug 28) had asked asked Gayles and Dr Stoddard to relook at masks during play. One council member has described it as untenable. But then amidst this, Hogan announced going to Phase 3 as well as the state BOE pronouncements on school openings - I assume that this issue has dropped to the bottom of the list of priorities.
