If there are people you know that your daughter would recognize and seem happy to see, who you think would hurt your kid, then you need to talk to the daycare about those specific people and share photographs and names.

Daycare did wrong here, they should have checked, but this is the kind of thing that daycares need to know.  If someone who would do that to a child is in the vicinity, I need to know not to bring the child to the outside pick up spot, until I have checked ID. [/quote]
