When I've cut out the beans and/or nut butter, I get hungry again pretty quickly. Instead, I'd cut the dates and use something like Stevia to sweeten it.[/quote] Good suggestion. I was having it for an afternoon snack and it was super delicious. But if I wanted this as breakfast the beans and nut butter would be great.[/quote]
