One of the women I dated after only had a high school education. I was trying to be open minded so I did date her. But it became pretty evident that what she was ultimately looking for was someone to take care of her. She was pressing to move in quickly, always expected me to pick up the check (that wasn’t as big a deal) and was asking me for financial help from time to time. That didn’t last. I am separated and soon to be on the dating market. I can see this being an issue too. Like, I don't care at all about a woman's income, I make good money and happy to treat, but I am not looking to marry again, let alone bail someone out. So that's the issue. As long as she can support herself, the rest is irrelevant.[/quote]
