Yeah, mostly it's a woman appearance that men are attracted to because they think with their little heads instead if the big heads.

Any sane man is not going to want to marry a woman that plans to never work or is in a remedial position and looking to 'retire' at 30 by living off of him the rest of her life.

I think it is hard to respect somebody that isn't capable of taking care of themselves.

Divorced man here. One of the women I dated after only had a high school education. I was trying to be open minded so I did date her. But it became pretty evident that what she was ultimately looking for was someone to take care of her. She was pressing to move in quickly, always expected me to pick up the check (that wasn’t as big a deal) and was asking me for financial help from time to time. That didn’t last. Even though I am divorced I am still taking care of another family (ie my family) and couldn’t take on another person’s financial exposure and risk.

Interesting perspective. I am separated and soon to be on the dating market. I can see this being an issue too. Like, I don't care at all about a woman's income, I make good money and happy to treat, but I am not looking to marry again, let alone bail someone out. So that's the issue. As long as she can support herself, the rest is irrelevant.

I also just started getting Botox and fillers this year. I plan on getting a tummy tuck and boob job. I do get a heavy discount because of my work.

Single mom with one kid. Own my condo. No debt.

I don’t struggle to meet men to say the least but it’s not a priority right now.

Botox and fillers at 30 sounds like overkill? Lucky you. Nurses always do great.

I have a two year old and was working night shift and getting 0 sleep when my marriage fell apart.

So yes, I have a bit more lines that I would like to admit. I am just getting baby Botox and fillers for volume loss which occurs in most people after the age of 25.

Having a 6 figures income is not important at all, as long as she has a personality and/or look to go with it (income).

What's the point of dating if it doesn't lead to marriage?

90% looks. 10% all the other stuff - smart, charming, etc.

I would not call Lauren Sanchez beautiful or even pretty.

Lose some weight, put on lipstick and eyeliner and make your hair look cared for in some way, and you'll do better in the dating market than someone earning 6 figures who doesn't.

Really, are you serious?

So, highly educated men like surgeons, professors, attorneys, etc, would rather date pretty women than highly educated women with a 6 figure salary?

Is this really news to you? Do you think Jeff Bezos is dating Lauren Sanchez because she's a great conversationalist who plays the cello?

Uh.... yes, absolutely. What planet are you living on? (I'm a man)

Wrong. You're a man. Speak for yourself.

If they are good looking and smart I don’t care about their income.

Men want a woman who can take care of themselves financially, but generally don't compete with their sense of manhood by outearning them. And they have to wear yoga pants everywhere.

It's not an either/or. Most of the highly educated men you mention can have both, but looks are more important than salary.
