I also believe most of the DCUM high income posters. We are around $400k HHI and we know what kind of housing and lifestyle we can conservatively afford in this area.  I am shocked at the housing prices and can imagine people buying those houses must be making a lot more.  Of course many have family help and some are overextended, but still, they are making bank.
