They haven't continued to fall. R0 sits at right around 1. Improvement would require a number under 1. Other stats, like hospitalization utilization, and deaths, lag behind positivity rates, so it's likely that we'll start seeing them stall. [/quote] Positivity rate has declined slightly almost every single day. Computing R0 is very difficult with the data available right now. If deaths stalled at current levels—about 12-14/day in a state of 6 million people—that would be probably what one can expect in a continuing pandemic.
