Just ignore them. IME, the markets you mention, West Springfield and Keene Mill as well as surrounding schools, are hot and move quickly, but if you're able to move fast, will have something in your price range. Maybe not West Springield, that is the most desirable area and nearly impossible to buy there. But the other areas are doable.[/quote]
