Maybe not West Springield, that is the most desirable area and nearly impossible to buy there. But the other areas are doable.

WSES is the most sought after elementary in the WS pyramid, I’d say, and the neighborhood has the lowest inventory. So that’s accurate if you’re just talking about the west Springfield pyramid.

Sometimes it’s easier to swing eight grand a year tuition than upping your down payment $50k. You do what you have to do.
