(Keep in mind there are many conservatives here, and conservatives hate DC and want to attack it... and Bowser) Bowser is fine, as you say. But she’s a former mid-level bureaucrat that still thinks with that mindset. She’s not a leader or a big thinker. So little really gets done. Good example is with schools; DCPS plods along under her, ignoring the big changes that are needed due to the dramatic changes in school-age kids in the District. [/quote]
