There is hardly any fat I can grab on his gut, but he still has a bit of a paunch.[/quote] Persistent paunch can also be a result of anterior pelvic tilt. If I stand in front of a mirror and really focus on bringing my body into alignment, my stomach looks flat. But the moment I relax into my normal posture, my butt goes way out in one direction, and my belly rolls over in the front. Being disciplined about core exercises to correct the tilt can help.[/quote]
