I don't know but I bet what the parking enforcement folks were doing in Bethesda was a lot more essential than whatever you were doing - do you want to enlighten us?

So long as you are willing to walk a block it is not hard to find parking in Bethesda even when it is busy because there is so much of it and I can't imagine it is hard at all to find it right now so just park your car legally and be glad you live in a county that for some perverse reason spends tens of millions every year to subsidize lazy drivers.[/quote]

What I was doing in Bethesda was picking up food from a restaurant so I can support the small local businesses.  What I did not like was seeing a parking enforcement person ticket a car, literally the only car on the block.  That car maybe belonged to a worker or maybe someone who went for a walk on the crescent trail and lost track of time.
