Small group practice is linked to Phase 1 and can start in most of Virginia today. Linking to the Phases is key since at least in northern Virginia, the government is likely to move back and forth between Phases. If we can get into Phase 1 in northern Virginia, maybe there will be consensus on really avoiding going all the way back to Phase 0. In Virginia, Stay At Home has been a joke IMO with tons of activities allowed and then arbitrarily strong restrictions on specific activities. It is a golfer's paradise, but stiff restrictions on park access.[/quote]
