Even decided not to drive around him and ruin the grass because he “didn’t want to me a bad situation worse”. When he did yell back or cuss back at his hostage takers, he said to his bosses that he probably could have not yelled back, but he was having a tough week. He is under no responsibility to violate his customer’s privacy by disclosing where he delivered what and to whom. These men did not identify themselves with any sort of authority (HOA ID, law enforcement badge, bylaws stating that delivery drivers are to be held captive at the whim of the Board, etc). [/quote]
