[/quote] The "gifts," while I have no problem with the sale and use of marijuana, do in fact violate both the spirit and the letter of the law. If DC cared to arrest and prosecute (which thankfully they don't) no judge in the world would accept the argument that paying $50 for a 50 cent comic book and getting $50 worth of weed in return is a "gift." Something isn't a gift just because you say it is. If that was the case, selling anything would be de facto legal - oh hey, you bought a $100 condom and you're getting free sex as a gift! Nothing illegal about getting free sex! [/quote]
