Agreed.  If Maryland doesn't start stage 1 by June 1st there will be a major revolt.  I trust Gov. Hogan will do the right thing and open by June 1st - if not before. [/quote]

Why do you say that?
Our numbers have not gone down significantly at all, because there are still too many people out and about, covered under the "essential" exception. 
And since there is no treatment and no vaccine, a month from now, nothing will have changed at all. 
So either you say "the heck with it" and open, with a ton of deaths, or you say "same old same old let's continue staying in place", or alternate the two (which will likely happen)... until the vaccine is distributed.

Time will not make this magically go away. This is my point.
