You may not like the selections but this club is the least political in the area with which I am familiar. It is one of the reasons we went there from elsewhere. I am not surprised that some kids do not pan out at the age at which you transition to 11 v 11. Other interests emerge, kids lose interest, or don't develop technically or athletically. Given how competitive the top boys teams are, and the size of the available player pool, I don't think they'd have trouble replacing players like that on a top team and don't think they'd hesitate to do so?[/quote]
