They may also still be recruiting.  First round offers already out and rest on a rolling basis.  No rush to fill the entire roster now either. There have been many indications all of red would move up and that was before the pandemic and DA folding. So it would be surprising to see changes in that group. As for the 2nd and 3rd team girls, they like the 1st team girls better for whatever reason. This is just not for Arlington it’s for every club. Talk is cheap. They can say they like your player but if they never move that player up...

Look at the tryouts and ID sessions. If all the payers on Arlington were coming from outside the club you would see a different mix of players on the “top” field. Clubs and coaches have biases. Like it or not the first team label carries weights. [/quote]
