Today is our 3 week anniversary for sheltering in place. This situation is absolutely nothing like being a SAHP. AT ALL. Just like all those homeschooling parents are saying "this isn't homeschooling!" Because it isn't. OP sounds lonely and there is nothing worse than being lonely in your marriage.
