Somebody above pointed out that there are no bans on driving around in your car. That's not the same as mingling with people.

No, [b]you are 100% incorrect[/b].  The federal guidance and state law doesn't say "stay home or in your car"  it says "stay home". So yes driving somewhere non-essential is a violation of both.  [b]This is not debatable, nor a matter of opinion[/b].

Thanks Attorney Anonymous. But the real questions are, (1) is Mass "essential," and (2) can you stay 6 feet away from people? The answer to (2) is clearly "yes". Don't know where states and the District have come down on #1.

So, for example, landscaping is apparently OK, even though cutting my grass and spreading mulch don't seem particularly essential (termite control is more arguable).

Let's see how states and the District come down on this, instead of paying attention to haters like PP.[/quote]
