Try not to worry if you have conference calls and your kids makes noise or talks - people are being really understanding these days try and alternate 20 mins between playing by themselves and then you playing / interacting with them for 20 minutes Quiet time - after lunch for 90 minutes - just turn something on the screen and when all else fails just let them watch tv - you have to work and this won't go on forever and your kid won't suffer damage [/quote]
